I purchased my first John Coltrane vinyl today. Subsequently leading to a conversation with the bloke in the record shop; it was nice as you just don't get that when downloading a tune online.
I would love to have one of my pieces as a vinyl sleeve one day.
Blue must be one of my favorite colours.

Lime must be my favorite type of flavour, so I think this one should be called 'Lime Goes Slow When You're Bored, But When Sitting With a Pretty Lady Lime Goes Fast'.

Friday 21 September 2012

A painting on a 6' piece of steel, titled 'Mrs Cat'. Inspired by my cat and Cuban music.

Saturday 15 September 2012

An hour of pure perfection drum n bass music - the right amount of MCing by Messy MC and proper mix and blending by LSB.

Some photographs of my paintings and how they were laid out at my MA Art & Design Exhibition, titled 'WASTE-LANDS'. The paintings are 4' x 7'. There are also turntables there as for the opening I was going to do a short DJ set to accompany the paintings but this all fell through due to wine consumption.

Sunday 29 July 2012

I am really enjoying the Olympics. This has nothing to do with that though.

Three very fast sketches, in order from top to bottom:
Riya - Drum and bass MC/Singer from England.
Elsa Esmeralda - Vocalist/Songwriter from Sweden.
Megan Fox - I don't think she needs a description.
People often refer to my artwork as being 'graffiti', although I beg to differ. This annoys me because my art is not painted on a subway train in 6ft high letters. So, for this piece I decided to put a small section of 'graffiti' from one of my sketchbooks in the bottom left hand corner just for those people to be correct, just this once, when describing my artwork.

A few photos from my recent trip to NYC. It was probably the best 10 days of my life. I met some truly amazing people and experienced a side of NYC that is not included in the tour guides.

Painting outside Leeds University Union

A video made by Josh Cohen showcasing a couple of days last summer where some friends and I were commissioned to paint recycle bins for Red Bull. Click here to see the video.

Sunday 8 July 2012

Two pieces I made during a recent visit to Kurt Schwitters' Merz Barn in Cumbria.
Sunday afternoon collage influenced by my trip to New York. I've called it 'La Gran Manzana'. It translates from Spanish to mean 'The Big Apple'. The reason why I named it in Spanish is because of the amount of people who descend from Spanish speaking countries who now live in New York.
